Executive Coaching

Since 2013, I’ve been successfully coaching clients across the US to facilitate their self-growth. With three decades of engineering, product and team leadership throughout the startup-to-scale journey, I bring a unique perspective to C-suite leaders of early stage companies. I focus on organizational development, leadership and product strategy, but have seen (almost!) everything inside and out of a growing business, so can drop into other topics as needed.

My Approach

I focus on the whole individual and weave in my domain expertise as needed. I believe everyone has the answer to their own challenges – it’s a matter of bringing these answers to the surface and developing the confidence to realize the possibilities. To further develop my coaching skills, I am currently completing the nine month Coaching for Transformation program at Leadership that Works, one of the only coach training programs to focus on the role institutional oppression plays in personal transformation. I expect to receive my International Coaching Federation credentials as a Professional Certified Coach in December 2020.

My Practice

I engage with a maximum of eight clients at any given time with a commitment of 5-6 hours per month, per client. Time includes a regular cadence of 60-90 minute 1:1 Zoom sessions and occasional emails/texts for time-sensitive situations. My clients have access to my professional network which includes industry experts, top rated job candidates and other coaches and mentors for members of client organizations. Occasionally, I will take on deeper consulting engagements for clients going through specific transitions such as product roadmap development, organizational restructuring and growth planning.

Approximately 20% of my time is dedicated to offering pro bono coaching and programming to women and members of underrepresented communities including Good For Her which I founded in 2015.
